At St. Frank, your satisfaction with our products and service is of the utmost importance. If we have not answered your questions below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100, including white-glove delivery service on all of our Sublime art within the US! For orders under $100, we offer a 5-10 business day shipping option for $10 or 2-5 business day shipping option for $20 within the US. Shipping costs outside the US are calculated at check out.

Please note that if the delivery address for Sublime pieces falls outside of our preferred carrier’s service area, there will be a white-glove delivery surcharge applied. We will contact you before processing your order if your delivery address falls into this category.

Where do you ship?

St. Frank can ship to street addresses in the continental US. Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. St. Frank does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. To inquire about placing an order to these locations, please contact us. St. Frank also ships all products except Sublime art to Australia, Canada, and the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

ART

Orders begin the process of framing within 24 hours of being placed online. Each piece is custom framed to your specifications and the processing and shipping time varies depending on the piece. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific will begin processing on the following business day.

FABRIC BY THE YARD

For orders over 5 yards, your fabric yardage will be custom printed to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery

WALLPAPER

All wallpaper orders will be custom printed to order. Lead times , depending on the pattern. Please check the information for your particular pattern for more specific timelines.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed online.

 

Can I expedite my order?

Yes! Choose the expedited shipping option you desire at checkout with the exception of art, fabric by the yard, and wallpaper. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day, so keep this in mind as you factor in delivery timing. Orders placed after 1 PM ET on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you are interested in expediting an art or yardage order.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email from St. Frank confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have ordered Sublime art, you will receive an email when it has shipped and one of our preferred carriers will email or call you within 2-8 business days to schedule a specific delivery time and date depending on your availability.

If you have an account with St. Frank, you can log into your account and scroll down on your account page to see your order history and status.

How will my order be received?

ART

Standard Delivery for Statement, Accent, and Mini pieces

Each St. Frank piece is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order for multiple pieces, they will each arrive in their own box. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your front door. FedEx delivers Tuesday through Saturday and does not schedule appointments. Standard delivery with signature required is the only delivery option for Statement pieces at this time.

White-Glove Delivery for Sublime pieces

White-glove delivery includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging materials. All Sublime art will be delivered with white-glove service.

Deliveries are made within a four hour window of your choice. Weekend delivery may be available depending on your location. Please contact us should you foresee any delivery challenges at your home, such as multiple flights of stairs.

NON-ART

Each product is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order online for multiple products, we will consolidate boxes to the extent possible. Orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your front door.

The piece I want is sold out. When will it be available?

Please use the form provided on the specific product page to submit your email address for notification when the piece becomes available. The availability of each piece varies as all are handmade by different artisans across the world.

What if my product arrives damaged?

St. Frank stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.

What is your return policy?

ART

We accept returns on the majority of our art. Please contact us to initiate the return, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You can email us at service@stfrank.com or call us at 415-800-8935. We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the difficulty of packaging and shipping of Sublime size art, St. Frank will charge a fee for returning art of this size. Please contact us for further information.

NON ART 

We accept returns on all non-art products, except for fabric or wallpaper yardage that has been cut to order. To return any non art item (besides fabric or wallpaper by the yard), please contact us to initiate the return, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You can email at service@stfrank.com or call us at 415-800-8935. We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Outside of the US: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SALE

All sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

How do I take care of and clean my St. Frank piece?

ART

Note: Do not use window cleaning sprays or products containing ammonia, alcohol, or acetone on your St. Frank piece.

Polishing

Surface gloss can be maintained by using a soft cloth and specialty plastic cleaner or polish, following cleaning fluid container instructions.

Cleaning

Begin by gently blowing away any loose dust or dirt from the lucite surface. Using a mild soap solution or a plastic cleaner and a non-abrasive lint-free cloth, wipe the surface using light pressure. To remove grease, oil, or tar deposits use hexane or kerosene followed by a soap solution.

Removing Scratches

Fine scratches may be removed by hand polishing with a plastic polish scratch remover. Remove all residue and polish with a soft cloth.

FABRIC BY THE YARD

Please spot treat only to prevent fading of the print. Iron on medium if needed.

PILLOWS

Our artisanal pillows are created in traditional craft techniques and should be handled with care to help ensure preservation. Please clean your pillow only when necessary. Refer to the Care & Cleaning card paired with your order for the cleaning guidelines for your particular pillow.

BLANKETS

Your artisanal throw blanket was created in traditional craft techniques and should be handled with care to help ensure its preservation. Please clean only when necessary. DRY CLEAN.

RUGS

Your artisanal rug was created in traditional craft techniques and should be handled with care to help ensure its preservation. Please clean only when necessary. Vacuum to remove everyday dirt. For dried residue, scrub with a gentle brush to loosen then vacuum. Refer to the Care & Cleaning card paired with your order for the cleaning guidelines for your particular table linen.

TABLE LINENS

Our table linens are created in traditional craft techniques and should be handled with care to help ensure preservation. Refer to the Care & Cleaning card paired with your order for the cleaning guidelines for your particular table linen.

WALLPAPER

Our wallpapers can be wiped clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. We suggest that you test any cleaning method in a discrete area first.
