Responsibilities:
  • Managing fulfillment team & coordinating with store teams to ensure products are received by customers in a timely manner, packaged to the St. Frank standard
  • Training & educating fulfillment & customer service specialists to deliver high level of customer experience
  • Managing & responding to inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Managing & executing proactive customer outreach and follow-up to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships
  • Developing & executing inventory processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate
