Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Creative Director and the Director of Sales & Marketing on product planning as it corresponds to merchandising
  • Assisting with store layout and lifestyle photo shoot styling
  • Managing all design & product development, from concept to production to refresh to all existing product categories and launch new product categories
  • Working closely with the Creative Director to translate trends and outside inspiration into concepts that respond to business needs
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to create final designs and specifications, including packaging
  • Partnering with vendors to provide designs/specifications, to source materials, and to sample prototypes in order to take St. Frank designs from concept to production
  • Managing product development processes and timelines to ensure deadlines are met for the St. Frank product release calendar
  • Contributing to sourcing new techniques and materials, globally and domestically, from artisans and other ethical vendors
  • Building, strengthening, and maintaining artisan & local vendor relations, in collaboration with the Production Associate
