Merchandising & Design Associate

LOCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS/BA degree with 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing and site merchandising

Able to understand and design to the St. Frank aesthetic 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, both with physical products/processes and in regards to multitasking and managing multiple deadlines/projects 

  • Proficiency with hand sketching and graphical prototyping, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac, & Microsoft Office 

  • Interest in socially responsible business; interest in art or interior design

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating written and visual content for user engagement and brand development, including website copy, blog posts, advertisements, and email marketing
  • Owning and managing merchandising of the site to optimize customer engagement and conversion
  • Assisting with store layout and lifestyle photo shoot styling
  • Working with the Creative Director on product planning as it corresponds to
    merchandising
  • Working closely with the Creative Director to translate trends and outside inspiration
    into concepts that respond to business needs
  • Managing all product design to refresh to all existing product categories and launch
    new product categories
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to create final designs and specifications,
    including packaging
  • Designing sales-related collateral for all channels

Content Marketing Manager

LOCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS/BA degree with 4-6 years of related work experience; MBA preferred
  • Experience in content and/or digital marketing
  • Exceptional analytical skills, especially around data-driven decision making

  • Leading Frank’s online marketing strategy
  • Managing our marketing budget and analysis for online marketing efforts
  • Developing the strategy and overseeing the execution of content marketing for the website; developing and overseeing other marketing-related collateral & activities
  • Managing web optimization and web development goals, and overseeing a developer to continually improve the web experience and site performance
  • Managing product merchandising on the website – both to optimize user experience and also to communicate the St. Frank aesthetic
  • Performing & reporting against St. Frank’s online sales goals

Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Fulfillment Specialist (Part-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Represent the St. Frank brand by executing and ensuring luxury packaging standards
  • Ensure product quality control and high-quality branding application
  • Maintain knowledge of collection to match packaging needs and package inserts for each product
  • Prepare orders by wrapping gifts, tying ribbons, stuffing pillows, and organizing product provenance cards
  • Manage, pack, and track shipments to customers, store locations, showrooms, and partners via ShipStation
  • Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming product
  • Maintain organization of fulfillment space
  • Transport products between St. Frank, product photographers, seamstress, and other local partners

Graduate Digital Marketing Intern

LOCATION:

San Francisco, CA

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1st or 2nd year MBA or Masters in Marketing, holding a BA or BS degree
  • Willing to work 2-5 hours per week throughout the school year
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing at a consumer-focused company
  • Understanding of and passion for building the St. Frank brand
  • Interest in design and socially responsible business

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide strategic guidance on in-house digital marketing initiatives, including:
    • Optimizing our current website SEO tactics + proposing additional ways to improve our brand's presence in natural search
    • Interpreting Google Analytics data and generating actionable insights (i.e. analyzing how different channels generate sales; understanding how users move through our site)
    • General website visitor retargeting tactics
  • Assist with managing outsourced digital marketing channels:
    • Paid Search advertising via Google Adwords - determining optimal spend between branded vs. generic search terms, Google retargeting, Google shopping, and other SEM initiatives
    • Paid Social advertising via Facebook
