Director of Marketing

LOCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS/BA degree with 5-7+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in eCommerce product management
  • Experience with Shopify and managing Shopify developers
  • Experience managing digital ad spend
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills; command for “brand voice” and brand positioning
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Mac, & Microsoft Office
  • Extremely detail oriented; ability to multi-task & meet shifting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in socially responsible business; Interest in art or interior design

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overseeing all aspects of St. Frank’s digital strategy and eCommerce business
  • Oversee strategy for email marketing campaigns and email growth
  • Deploying performance marketing resources, internal and external, to manage and execute digital marketing budget while maintaining high ROAS
  • Drive online KPIs – traffic, conversion, and basket – and manage analytics and reporting on key site metrics
  • Oversee continuous UX optimization of stfrank.com to drive improvement in engagement and conversion
  • Oversee content marketing to drive brand engagement

Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

  • Interest or experience in product, art & interior design is a definite plus
  • Microsoft Office, Mac & PC proficient
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Curating relationships with customers.
  • Maintaining a luxury level of customer service for each client and each transaction.
  • Representing the St. Frank brand; highlight product stories, processes and provenances in thoughtful, articulate customer communication.
  • Advising clients with product suggestions to bring the St Frank aesthetic into their homes.
  • Managing in-store inventory of product and supplies.
