RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Represent the St. Frank brand by executing and ensuring luxury packaging standards
  • Ensure product quality control and high-quality branding application
  • Maintain knowledge of collection to match packaging needs and package inserts for each product
  • Prepare orders by wrapping gifts, tying ribbons, stuffing pillows, and organizing product provenance cards
  • Manage, pack, and track shipments to customers, store locations, showrooms, and partners via ShipStation
  • Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming product
  • Maintain organization of fulfillment space

Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

QUALIFICATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Performance Marketer (Part-Time/Contract)

LOCATION:

San Francisco, CA

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on B2C (deep experience with digital channels and start up brands a plus)
  • 4+ years working in performance marketing with a focus on DTC
  • Significant experience in marketing through core digital channels such as PPC, display, affiliates and paid social desired as well as some experience in measuring performance against traditional media channels
  • You have a vast knowledge of success metrics, behavioral and demographic targeting and ROI-driven optimization techniques
  • A track record of driving exceptional campaign results; specifically driving revenue growth with tech and e-commerce

  • Be on the forefront of exploring new technologies and media platforms, and the development of strategies to drive online traffic; push boundaries of innovation across all channels
  • Identify, test and optimize the best channels to drive ROI; drive continuous improvements in messaging and channel placement to increase response rates

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all aspects of St. Frank’s store, including:
    • Hiring and training store teams
    • Ensuring brand visual merchandising standards
    • Communicating with St. Frank’s operations team to maintain appropriate inventory levels
    • Providing a premium customer service experience
  • Analyze the business and propose and implement action plans to improve sales across product categories
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor and leading by example
  • Communicate new product knowledge and operational processes to store teams in an efficient and effective manner
  • Manage customer service quality by offering excellent customer service standards to meet customer expectations
  • Develop loyal St. Frank customers and foster relationships with interior designers through community outreach
  • Complete all necessary administrative paperwork in a timely manner, including creating staff work schedules and ensuring appropriate store coverage 
  • Control operating expenses and petty cash and take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in store 
  • Maintain relationships with members of headquarters and other stores
  • Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage requirements 
  • Full profit and loss responsibility for the store, with particular attention given to controllable expenses, sales plan, and inventory management

Graduate Digital Marketing Intern (Part-Time)
