  • Prepare orders by wrapping gifts, tying ribbons, stuffing pillows, and organizing product provenance cards
  • Manage, pack, and track shipments to customers, store locations, showrooms, and partners via ShipStation
  • Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming product
  • Maintain organization of fulfillment space

Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Performance Marketer (Part-Time/Contract)



  • 3+ years working in performance marketing with a focus on DTC
  • Significant experience in marketing through core digital channels such as paid social, display, affiliate, and AdWords
  • A track record of driving exceptional campaign results; specifically driving e-commerce revenue growth through digital channels
  • You have a vast knowledge of success metrics, behavioral and demographic targeting, and ROI-driven optimization techniques
  • You must love numbers and beating goals! You’ll be strategic but also hands-on with testing new channels and optimizing them effectively.
  • Interest in socially responsible business; Interest in art or interior design
  • Identify, test and optimize the best digital acquisition channels to drive ROI; drive continuous improvements in messaging and channel placement to increase response rates
  • Develop and execute A/B testing programs to improve campaign performance
  • Recommend and execute optimizations on key segments, creative assets, and landing pages
  • Explore new technologies and media platforms, and the development of strategies to drive online traffic
